Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hairdo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
